This is my ballet barre workout for arms & back without intros so you can improve your stamina. This workout focuses on your back and arms, and how to feel those muscles. It is important for dancers to use their arms properly. So during each exercise, I explain what you should be feeling and how to work correctly. You can wear socks, ballet shoes, or pointe shoes for this routine. Once again, I use all of my own piano recordings.
