This video will focus on my signature workout Bodystrikes, an intense cardiovascular and lower body workout which incorporates strengthening exercises such as squats and lunges, martial arts kicks and ballet moves.

We'll use our own bodyweight for power and resistance and work the legs from all angles, while shaping and sculpting the glutes and abs. This high intensity workout quickly torches calories while building a lean, muscular physique for better balance, flexibility and stamina.

Incorporate this into your workout to change things up or, if you are a fitness instructor, add this kickboxing choreography (two 32 counts included) into your routines for some variety.
