Exercise 1 stimulates digestion and the the kundalini energy at the 3rd Chakra, the seat of physical health

Exercise 2 opens the heart center and stimulates the thymus gland

Exercise 3 improves digestion and increases flexability of the spine

Exercise 4 circulates the glandular excretions created in the first three exercises and induces deep relaxation in the body

Exercise 5, 6 and 7 combine to open circulation to the brain, and stimulate pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, and pineal glands to being harmony to the body.

Exercise 6 also transforms the sexual energy of the second chakra and the digestive energy of the third chakra into the higher centers, and stimulates berves regulated through the lower cervical vertebra
